The scientists says that if you have a healthy heart, your brain cell activity is better.

Before of this study the scientists thought that the brain began to lose memory from 60 years old, but today they think that this age is from as 45 years old.

Their evidence comes from study of 5,000 men and 2,000 women between 45 and 70 years old. Are given test called the Whitehall II study that contents verbal and written tests, over a 10-year period.

Deterioration in the memory and thinking powers, show this study, was a 3, 6% in men and woman aged 45 to 49. Then this process is accelerated in the older age groups.

It matters, say the scientists, because dementia in later life can be detected and treated at an early stage, before Alzheimer's or another form of dementia becomes apparent.

The scientists’ conclusion is that deterioration of the brain sets in earlier than most of us would have hoped, but there are things that can be done about it. Take measures is very important.

Those can be less risk of o high blood pressure, obesity and high cholesterol because those persons have high risk of heart problems, are also at higher risk of dementia. This risk of mental health can persuade people to have a healthy life y take measures from the infancy.
